What an exciting week in Reception! 

Last week, our little learners had a very special visit from a real firefighter! They discovered all about how firefighters help keep people safe and what to do in an emergency.

The children even had a go at practising important safety skills, like placing their coats at the bottom of the door to help stop smoke getting through. Such super safety teamwork! 

Miss Wright even transformed into a firefighter and showed everyone the amazing equipment they wear. The children loved exploring all the gear and asking lots of brilliant questions! 

We are so proud of how engaged, curious, and sensible they all were, future firefighters in the making
