Accessing the Magicbooking system

If you are the first contact parent for your child that the school has, your account has automatically been created using the data that we have on our school systems for both yourself and your child(ren). The school data management system will remain the source of data for Magicbooking so please ensure that you keep us up to date with any changes via EduLink. Please be aware that staff in our wraparound care will access medical and dietary information for your child(ren) from the school student information system so please do not worry if this information is not accurate in Magicbooking.

When you get to the login page, enter the email address we have sent this email to in the Username field, then click the ‘Forgotten Password’ hyperlink. This will prompt an e-mail back to you, follow the link in the e-mail to set up your password and complete your sign up to Magicbooking.

If you would like another adult to be able to access this account then you will need to add them following the instructions on the parent user guide to allow them to log in.
