We had an amazing time earning lots of badges! The children loved following a treasure map to earn their Orienteering Badge, planting grass heads for their Farming Badge, and gathering around an indoor campfire (complete with games and songs) for their Campfire Badge.

As part of Scout Week this week, the children worked towards their Inclusivity Badge by learning the alphabet using British Sign Language (BSL). It was incredible to see how enthusiastic they were to learn and practise new signs!

To put their new skills into action, we challenged the children to spell their own names using BSL — and they all took on the task brilliantly. We were absolutely blown away by their effort, concentration, and enthusiasm

It was fantastic to see how much everyone enjoyed taking part in the activities and proudly filling their sashes with badges. We’re so proud of all the children for their enthusiasm and teamwork throughout the week!
